Ingredients:
- 1 loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise
- 4 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- fresh chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
Butter cut sides of bread. Sprinkle with garlic salt and parsley. Broil until lightly browned; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and put back under broiler until cheese is melted.
